The girl that scheduled my appointment had terrible costumer service! She told me I was scheduled for the service and then proceeded to have a side conversation with someone else. I was waiting to give her my vehicle information or my name and she made it sound like I should have known that she had all the info already. She could have asked me if I needed anything, like a loaner car since they had my car all weekend. No assistance offered.
Service was straightforward, fast, and professional! Would recommend Smart Motors!
My problem wasn't solved- the brakes are still squeaking. I'm now also having battery issues that weren't identified in my last visit. I will be taking my car for service elsewhere.

If items (ie: headlight settings) need to be altered to evaluate functionality, it would be great to reset these items to the setting as when the vehicle arrived. This is not the first time some of these items have been left changed after your evaluation.

Ian was fine, but I brought my Tacoma in on time for an appointment at 9:30.
9:30am . The vehicle was not even looked at until the next day. Even though I had a nice loaner the extra day absence of my pick up was very inconvenient for me.
Paul Fredrick on repeat chose to communicate that our car wasn’t going to be complete same day by text message. Any communication regarding vehicle maintenance should be communicated over the telephone. As we dropped the car off at 7:30 am we were told it should be done by early afternoon - then at 2 pm we were told it would have to be there another day. None of that even makes sense. We finally got him on the phone - told him it was our daughter’s car / then the car wasn’t complete one hour later? You need to get your service department in order.
