This was the first time I received an oil change and didn’t have anyone review the multipoint vehicle inspection with me. When I got my invoice, it said customer has chosen to defer completion of recommended repairs at this time—vehicle due for alignment. An alignment was never discussed with me.
I was delighted to get my Prius serviced the same week I called for an appointment. Everything worked like clockwork from getting the date and time reserved to arriving 20 minutes early and having the Smart Toyota team get me in the queue right away. In about 45 minutes I was on the road home with a clean car bill of health. Bravo to the Smart Toyota team!
He was very thorough and saved me on extra service that I didn’t need! Excellent service.
My only negative feedback is that the tire pressure was wrong. My front tires were 38lbs in the front and 32 in the rear. It’s as though the tire were checked before the tire rotation.
I am satisfied now but I was not initially.
Car should have been done on Monday as promised
I had to wait until Tuesday for a pickup
I asked them to:
Hose off the truck rubber Matt not done
Save the serpentine belt so I could see it-not done
They did give me a waiver credit on Tuesday for all the frustration
The best way. To avoid that in the future is more communication and not over promising.
Seems to me there are too many people wandering around with I pads taking orders and not enough people actually doing the work
