David was very helpful with my car problems. He corrected a problem that he almost made me pay for after the airbag recall was fixed. In the end he fixed the problem. He did make sure that I was satisfied with work before I left.
My bigger problem is that it took a year for Toyota to correct this important safety issue. Over the past year, I had to not drive my car when I went on trips as I knew the sensors might not work to keep my passenger safe in an accident. This is unacceptable for this to happen. I will not be purchasing a Toyota again. I have owned 5 Toyota vehicles. Sadly this Highlander has been the worst of them all. Currently the rear door sensors are not working properly and I was told $1700 to fix. Ridiculous. Not a happy owner of this vehicle.
