I truly appreciated how Justin communicated frequently with me regarding the unexpected repairs that were needed for my 2019 Highlander. I complimented him for keeping me updated and very knowledgeably explaining what needed to be done. I was so grateful that he was able to schedule the repairs promptly, and authorize the use of a loaner so I would have a vehicle at my disposal. He said he has been with the Smart Motors dealership for 9 years, and he is an excellent representative for the dealership.

This service vehicle required two tasks (according to the paperwork). Rotate the tires and reset the maintenance minder. The latter was forgotten. I’m a positive person, but I’ve had routinely unsatisfactory visits with the service department.

Somehow they raised the driver’s seat and I can’t figure out how to lower it, they erased my seat settings. I can’t see the dash speed display unless I bend down
