The serivice adviser was nice and cordial. I recommend that they look the records of previous services. He first recommended that I have the spark plugs replaced when that is what I did the last time I have the car serviced (5-6 months ago) but overall he was good.
Not a big deal but the technician forgot to write down replacing the battery in the key fob we had discussed. Easily corrected.

I was very happy with Alyssa Day. I came in to replace the passenger side airbag sensor that was under warranty. Other services were preformed and she honored the Smart Care service I purchased and was expired. I was informed through the process of the service appointment. Very happy!

jesse was so profectional, very nice he give me 20$ off for the conviences. i pay 400$ on 1 mirror just becuase i cap was broken tha is crazy. just for cap because mirror was fine. i be costumer almost 5 years i buy my toyota there. paid 400 plus the cap was insane.. not happy at all
