All was fine except for the leaves left in the blower fan after a cabin air filter change. No big deal, I was able to get them out myself. This has happened every time I’ve had my filter changed at Smart.

While the serice experience was fine, I don't much care for your survey question. So many of these "customer service surveys" totally lack nuance. The choices seem to be "wonderful" or "not". This idea that the rating isn't good enough if it isn't 100 per cent is just silly. Life doesn't work that way, and you shouldn't be subjecting your employees to that kind review. Mr. Anderson was just fine, and the service was rapid. I was informed at intake that it might be an hour (a surprise to me). It was barely 20 minutes. I was pleased with my visit to Smart Motors this morning.
Mallory is the best service advisor I've had at Smart.
Overall a good experience. A little disappointed to learn the engine air filter I approved for replacement was not done at that time, and that in driving less than 500 miles, one set of my brakes has gone from yellow to red.
I forgot the name of my agent, but he was excellent. Went beyond to answer a few questions I had. Great staff. Professional and well trained

We a Toyota Extennedbservice polick util 100,000 miles. Why didn't the service damaged under underbody parts get completey replaced. Either the dealer or factory should replace parts with new when no other shop has ever touched the 2019 RAV4. Leaving n g broken tabs and aftermarket clips/screws on cat to save money for the dealer is uncool considering the money and over servicing I have done with Smart. Think about it. Does it make sense after the third time?

I brought my Sienna in for a tailgate adjustment. I dropped it off for the day. When I picked it up the tailgate had a new squeak to it. Luckily I had time to wait for it to be remedied. Still, it was frustrating that it wasn’t really ready to go when I picked it up.
