While rotating my tires, Smart Toyota discovered a nail in one tire which was appreciated. So immediately after my service I went to Capital Tire to have it fixed under warranty. Capital Tire reported that one of the lugs had been cross threaded, apparently by Smart Toyota, and was quite difficult to remove. Capital fixed the tire and repaired the cross threading. Other than this, Smart Toyota’s service was great!
Forgot about us and waited two hours needlessly

I really appreciated Sergio’s honesty!! I scheduled an oil change and he said that my vehicle wasn’t due yet but it did need the tires to be rotated! He was very honest because I wouldn’t have known better! My Maintenance message came on and I thought it meant due for oil change! So thank you Sergio!!!

They didn't 't find the problem, l drove it home and l had no problem hearing it do the same issue.
