I am happy with the service. It was on time and effective.
My service provider, Matt, was knowledgeable and informative. To the best of my knowledge the job was done efficiently and correctly. I asked about available coupons or discounts and did get a small, $20 discount. I thought that could’ve been a bit more on a job exceeding $600.

I am concerned with how the skip chip looks. I did address this with Alyssa (I believe that was her name) and another gentleman whom assured me it will go away. There are some scratches, scuffs, and bubbles. I am hoping these things will disappear when the wrap settles.
Vincent was delightful to deal with today. He was very informative and helped me understand the needed repairs. I appreciated his kindness and courteous manner. He is really a credit to your company!

The service was great but when I picked up the vehicle Ian was a little short with me when I asked questions at pick up. It seemed that I was inconveniencing him by asking questions about my services.

I’ve now had two very basic oil changes / tire rotations where a mechanic has messed something up. First the access for the oil was not put on correctly so dragged on the ground, leading me to need a new replacement for the whole bottom of the car. Then someone put a lug nut in incorrectly during a rotation so what went from waiting for my car for an hour to waiting for 2 and a half hours. Seems like the team needs to revisit the basics.
