They could not give me any solutions to my code/ problem and gave me the number to call Toyota myself. It’s amazing to me you can spend 50000 on a sports car and put a $ 700 air intake in it made for the Corolla GR by professionals because that’s what-people do to sports cars. And my feed back was buy a Toyota intake the thing is they don’t make one! So no solution! Very disappointing! Not sure I will be recommending Toyota . This needs to be addressed . .. love the GR but common! This is unheard of in my opinion! I assume when they have a solution for this they will contact me immediately!! Disappointed customer…

The staff was great, and the service was excellent, but you seem to have frequent technological issues. This time it was scheduling and point of sale issues which caused a 20-30 minute delay. I’m a bit concerned about Smart Toyota being able to provide the level of service I want. Is this a management issue? Or maybe an infrastructure issue? What’s going on?

Ian and the service team at Toyota always do such an amazing job. They communicate well, they allow me to make informed decisions towards my vehicle. They care about what are the priorities that I need for the use of my vehicle as I have a 2015 Toyota RAV4. It is my son‘s college car and they have done such a good job of helping us do the upkeep it so that it’s running and functioning for him all the while understanding our budget. I absolutely can’t imagine going anywhere else because they have proven time and time again that I can trust them implicitly. They keep me loyal with the great service and communication.
