We wanted an estimate for repair and was charged $200.00 to tell us they can't fix it. Thanks for nothing! We didn't need a diagnosis. We already knew what the problem was. I plan on selling my other Toyota vehicle and no more Toyotas fir us.

The issue with my vehicle wasn’t found, so I now worry that my car won’t start again at some point. I brought my car in twice because it wouldn’t start without a jump but battery was tested twice but I didn’t ask for the battery to be tested the second time I brought it in, I just wanted them to find out why it didn’t start. But they tested the battery yet again which I paid for again but battery was fine again. So there’s still the issue of my car not starting randomly twice 2 months apart but I don’t know why.

Beth was greatbut the appointment confirmation with estimated charges was about half the actual charge. You could try to be a little more accutate.

I called and scheduled an appointment with Lewis Toyota for my car to be serviced at 2:00. Upon arrival they told me it was going to take an hour and a half for my car to be serviced. We wound up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes before the car was even seen. The total time was around 3 hours that we sat and waited. I scheduled the appointment so that I could get in and out. If there was a problem then those things should have been worked through and people should have been contacted. I'm terribly disappointed with the service. I'll never do business with Lewis Toyota again.
