I had an 8 appointment an at noon I called to see if my car was ready and had to leave a message. My car was not finish till 3. Also in just 2 week I was given two different reasons why my engine light was coming on. I have always trusted Lewis with my work for car and will continue to come there. A phone call would Of been faster than a text. Did not see the text till after I picked up the car . I do believe they did a good job. Just poor communication on both myself and staff. I will continue with Lewis to have car worked on Service is a yes . Communication is a no for both of us

Was told that I needed spark plug and coolant change when that was al done at the 90,000 mark. In addition the battery arm hold nut was loose and I check that weekly to make sure it remains tight. Plus the oil was to be topped off. It wasnot done. Overall I feel the service has gone downhill the last couple of years.

Thank you for fixing my tire. It was strange how a wire can go through a tire! I’m glad I could take home a friend while they had an unexpected battery problem!

I highly doubt I will ever return to this Toyota center. Awaiting four hours for tire and oil change is unacceptable especially when I had an appointment(I even arrived 30 minutes early). Then trying to be charged for more than quoted. I will let anyone that wants to hear about it know this as well
