I asked for the chips in my windshield to be repaired, I had identified three (3). When I got my car back, there was residue all over my windshield and couldn’t tell how well the chips had been repaired. After washing the residue off, I saw they only fixed one, the smallest and it was the one that least impacted my vision. I called to speak with a service manager, but was told he would call me back. 12 hours later no one has bothered to call me back.

I was reassured my cars transmission was okay, it most definitely isn’t. I just received a 8.1k bill in repairs from Nissan because Toyota failed to properly inspect my vehicle. Again.

Disappointed in the lack of communication. Vehicle was done and nobody let us know. Don’t know how long it was done. Then after we left and sat down for lunch we got notification my vehicle was done.

Hopefully the repairs are good, but the whole approach to handling business was awful. Calls screened to the point and only texts, usually a canned text, made it impossible to ask questions. Didn’t get a call or text when car was ready. The various numbers on the invoice weren’t clear but by that point I was too frustrated to stop and ask what they all meant, and I’m pretty sure (not looking at it now) that none of those figures matched the final figure. Slow. I assumed when it was schedule for a Wednesday it would be done that evening. After initiating contact early Friday (left a message) we then got a text that it was done and ready for pickup. Wil do my best to avoid using you again.
