I understand you have customers but when you make an appointment for a time and then it takes 7 hours for that said service to get done that is a little ridiculous. What I got done should have not taken that long and I make my appointments in the morning because I work at night I know you can’t know that about all your customers but you should be conscious of how long you have their vehicles.

I hated to click the note button because I was completely satisfied with the work and the follow-through with Beth very much so! The only thing… The only thing I was dissatisfied with was their pressure in my tires. I waited till I drove for about 20 minutes nonstop and then looked at my gauge in my car And they were at 32, 34, 36 and 38. The last time I was there and bought new tires advisor told me that even though Lexus says to fill them to 35 pounds they at Lewis fills them closer to 40 on purpose. That was my only complaint. I’m usually happy with everything you guys do!

I made appointment to get oil change and rear brakes done. So about an hour later the person came to me and said you need rear brakes done. I said that why I am here. So 2 hours goes by and then he tells me they didn’t have the rotors and they were waiting for them. I waited for 5 hours to get something done that I made an appointment for. Very bad communication.

I appreciated the fact that you didn't try and sell me things that were not needed. Honesty goes a long way and creates a repeat customer. What I would have liked was a brief summary of what was done, more to the point is why. You changed my transmission fluid as I had 63,000 and it was recommended. What I would like to know is "Was is dirty? Was it beginning to break down? Was there any metal shavings found, ie transmission going bad?" Never spoke with anyone.
