There were a couple of charges on my latest car repair I don’t understand. One is a charge of $49.88 for “misc charges”? That seems like a lot of money to charge for… for I don’t know what. What is that? Then I was charged $17.51 for a “service fee”. Again, no explanation, just charges. So why was $67.30 added to my bill? That seems like a lot of money to charge with no explanation.

There was no reason provided for the issue. I would like to know is case there is something that cause the issue. There is a note about a recall but nothing saying the problem was taken care of.

We have had our car in three times for the same issue. It’s a brand new car and the hood flutters when you drive fast. Seems like it’s not shut correctly and will fly open at any time. We have been directed to the body shop now. We take it in Wednesday. It is a 2024 but we bought brand new. We only have 4500 miles on it. Pretty disappointing. Hopefully they can figure it out. I think the hood should be replaced. Thanks for asking.
