After my free services I called to get cost since now I pay. When I went to pay it was over $25 more but after complaint it was adjusted. Looking for a place for service in future. The work was fine.

I was fine with the service i get what i wasn't happy about was the fact that i need all new lug nuts do to swelling. In researching, since i have never had this issue before. I found The common reasons for swollen lug nuts are rust, galvanic corrosion, and applying excessive force with bad impact sockets. The only people that have ever took my tires off and on is your service people. Strange that is 50 years of car ownership that I don't have this issue until I started bringing my vehicle to you.

The service I received was actually good. The only thing was that I didn’t look at my text until after I left and found out I needed a cabin air filter and a shock replacement. No one ever said anything about that. I have limited time to bring the car in so it would have been nice to have that done today. Thanks
