The service was great and the staff greeted me as soon as I arrived. Set up my vehicle for 30,000 mile service. I had made the appointment the night before so appreciated that the team was able to perform the service! When done the staff stopped by the waiting area and said my vehicle was done and I could pay at the window. Got in the car and drove it home. When I got home found a greasy hand print on the drivers side column between the front window and the door jam. Also found grease on the center arm rest and drivers side seat. I live in the Knoxville TN area and was here visiting. Will try to clean the hand print off when I get home. Checked all the air filters and they were replaced. Had oil spilled on the engine cover where you add oil to the engine. I was able to clean that.

Ray did a fine job. Was seamless and easy. I would like to note somewhere what I noticed when I got home. Hi, I came in for service today and I noticed afterwards when I opened the driver side back door it wouldn't open all the way and made a noise. I looked down and it appears that when you lifted the car it popped off the trim a bit. I was able to push it back on I think it's ok. I just wanted to let you know to note this somewhere. Thanks
