I called and asked the price of oil change. Then I was charged more than told because of service charge. VERY UPSET about undisclosed extra charges and feel Lied to.

Mr Brown was courteous and was a delight to deal with. He went over what needed done and the recent recall on my crown. As far as requesting an estimate I no longer wish to buy cars from Lewis due to being over charged for my 23 Crown due to multiple changes on my paperwork by Lewis staff I was charged the price of the brown 24 Crown on the lt instead of the price of the 23 crown left message after discovering for the manager who did not have courtesy to call back. My initial paperwork was changed 3times
