Took my car to the service area but they were inundated with vehicles so asked for my keys back, because I did not want to wait forever to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Both areas of the waiting rooms were full. Therefore I never had any work done to my vehicle, but got a text saying my car is ready and this survey. It just seems as if they are always busy, either due to numerous vehicle repairs at one time or the work flow process needs to be reevaluated to eliminate such a back up. Once upon a time, it was never like that.

Your new phone system leaves a lot to be desired. Texts and videos are ok, I guess - however, a simple phone call works so much better. You havd taken the human element and personal touch out of it. That IS NOT a good thing.

Was surprised that the customer pays for the technician rags & supplies. I would have thought the company supplied them. I always have to wipe down the steering wheel, door handle, etc. so I guess the towels we pay for aren’t being used to remove dirt & grease from where the technician touches the vehicle. Service & staff was great.
