I did not get my car serviced at my scheduled appt due to the fact that you did not have enough mechanics on staff. So after waiting two hours I left but assured the office staff that I would call and reschedule.

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I understand it would take about 1/2 a day for repairs. I ended up calling in to see about a shuttle ride as it was getting late in the day.

Beth is always professional and welcomes me by name when I pull into the service lane. She confirms why my vehicle is there. After completion, she finds me in the dealership to let me know my vehicle is ready. Always a great experience!

I don’t want a phone call. The only issue is my seat being moved. I don’t have settings in my car to return it to a preset position, so it’s impossible to find the comfortable spot again.

I love Lewis Toyota has a whole but it is irritating that you make an appointment and an hour and a half later-the truck has not even been pulled inside to begin There’s a lot of cars all the time but are you overbooked? Is it folks that just showed up? I don’t understand why EVERY time I bring my truck in, it is never a timely deal
