Very poor communication throughout the entire process. My check engine light came in the day after I picked up my vehicle.

The recall was not done on the trunk of my 2016 Elantra because they didn't have the part on the shelf...I made my appointment in October. The trunk was Jerry wired inorder for it not to bounce open and the whole part will be needed which means another trip to Billings (which is over 200 miles for me) and 367 dollars to get it fixed. Granted the recall latch will be free but in order for my trunk to get totally fixed I will need to make 2 trips instead of the one I had been expecting. The service tech also did not call me to ask me to come open the trunk to see if we needed the whole assembly or if the latch (which was to be there for my recall appointment) would be needed to order.
I got the information after it was decided to not fix it because the part was not there.

Bonnie is great, but that the fact my car is burning so much oil and nothing is going to be done about it is infuriating. That possibly selling my car may be the other option pisses me off. I’m going to call the dealership we bought it at for a second opinion and see if they can help me.

When i dropped my car off I was told I have one more oil change service, then when I picked it up I was told it was my last "complimentary" service. When I asked why he said because I am.not the original owner, yes I am. Then he said because it's your 4th, I said I believe it's my 3rd. Then he said it was b3acise of the mileage. This is our second brand new car we have brought from undereiner, and usually the service is good. This day for this particular man was not the service we come to expect from underreiner. We love working with our sales lady there, but this has me wondering.
