Oil change prices on website are much less than what service reps quote. Initial repair estimates continue to be much less than quoted prices when customer schedules service. Initial quote for repair estimate sent in text with inspection report was $224, but changed to $498 when service scheduled. This is the second time that this has happened. Lost trust in business. Now question if repair is even needed. Bait and switch tactics????

Excellent service by Jackson. He was had a smile on his face, very friendly, helped me with both of the batteries in my key fobs, got me in contact with a driver to take me back home(Don was amazing also). First time in your service shop and was very impressed! Thank you.
