Bonnie consistently provides great service. She is very knowledgeable and never fails to be very helpful and caring. I very much appreciate her kindness. My old La Sabre has been in need of servicing of late, and Bonnie makes things less stressful! If I could afford a newer vehicle, I would definitely go to Underriner!

I would not trade for another VW because they have a cheap plastic skid plate. They don't hold up.

Jackson has been outstanding A+++. The last time I took the Volvo in it was not like this time. The mechanic was also Very Good. The problem still exists, going back in May.

The work done was good. My vehicle was dropped off the night before and I didn't get notified until 4:50. It was a bit of an inconvenience. Jackson was very apologetic and is a very good service writer.
