There was a mishap that occurred earlier this week with a software update not being complete- my car being hastily handed off, and it caused some malfunctions. Bonnie was understanding of my frustration having to travel from Livingston again to have it resolved. She was very kind, professional and helped me get back in the road and my car updated and back to normal. She was great. Thanks Bonnie!!

This is not the first time i’ve had service performed at underriner that takes far longer than the expected time. I was told an hour to an hour fifteen and it took an hour 45. I understand that unexpected delays happen but the team is never checking in with waiting customers to inform us of delays or what’s going on. This could be improved.

We purchased this car new from your dealership last June. Along with the extended warranty. We just purchased another new car from your dealership in March. It was my understanding that if my car needed a repair such as a broken AC system that makes it miserable to drive that I would receive a loaner car. I was told that not only was a car not available but even if it were I would not be allowed to have it because I live in Powell Wy. I lived here when we bought the car and extended warranty. You knew that but failed to tell me about any restrictions. Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe us.

Although I’ve had previous service experience with your Underriner Honda neighbor, this was my first visit with you. I was happy to see the efficiency and professionalism of your staff; all was impressively efficient—-from making the appointment, to checking in, to your comfortable waiting area, to the thoroughness of your communications. Bonnie did a great job of making everything click; staff like her give customers confidence to return for future visits.
