Overall everything went well and everyone was very helpful. Some helpful tips for improvement is to communicate much better the status everyday; maybe more than once depending on the situation. My van was extremely dirty when I got it back and part of the carpet was not in place exposing the wood underneath. Even though my van is older, the mess caused by the work that was done should always be cleaned up before given to the customer.
Arriving at my appointment at 2:10 I indicated I was in a tight schedule and needed my car by 3:30. He said by 3:15 I'd have it. My car was done and parked in the front by 25 after. At 3:40 I was still waiting at the counter to conclude business. Finally someone else waited on me and said to leave we'd finish by phone. I left, barely making it to my obligation. Later I noticed on my ticket that inspection was done at 3:10.

I got to your place at around 1:15 and they started working on vehicle at approximately 1:30 it was around 2.30 when I began chatting with Dale and I looked on clock when I left at 2:45 .
I really should be charged 1 hour of labor not 1.5 hr which is about 65$ less. Please look at that disparity especially since it was just a wire Saudering task . Thx

We reviewed the approved amount and can not see anywhere we approved additional charges. Why was the approved amount $812 but the charged amount $1,083? We would like explanation and details for this additional charge.
