Despite the fact that I was late for my repair appointment, partly due to circumstance beyond my control, the problem with my Pontiac Vibe, which is essentially a Toyota in GM cladding, was diagnosed promptly and the repair was completed within a few hourse. Lyndsey called first to explain what the technicians had found and detailed how long it would take and how much it would cost. The repair was completed on schedule and the cost matched the estimate. My car appears to be fixed. The new oxygen sensors seem to be working. The dashboard lights that had been bothering me are now shut off, and the car is running like the proverbial Swiss watch.

Extremely satisfied with a routine oil change service. It was done in a timely manner. Brett was very gracious, excellent guest service and was very proficient with the paperwork and/or documentation of our encounter today. The waiting area was very clean; hot beverage available.

My van was done with service and no one contacted me to tell me it was done. I sat in that customer holding area for 2 1/2 hours. Then I requested to purchase an air filter for the engine and I would install it myself. I drove home and was going to install the filter and it was the wrong filter. I had to drive back to the service dept to get it replaced. Jake provided me with the replacement and I say that this one is the wrong size also. Finally I got the correct filter. No one was checking what they were doing, multiple errors occurred from the service tech to Jake. I have never had this type of service before from Kari’s Service Dept. I left not a happy customer.
