Thank you for the oil change and those tires look great. Dad, Wayne died today so if you could continue to help mom with her car that would be good. This is Curt who dropped the car off today. I drove it home to Gordon this evening and I think it needs at least the right front tire to be rebalanced. Got a bit of vibration at and above 70mph. Thanks again for all you have done for mom and dad over the years. And let me know when you can take care the balancing. Curt

I appreciated the diagnosis but please try to prioritize must-do items vs nice-to-have. Front transfer case seal has had a very slow leak for 8 years whereas the rear wheel bearing needs replacing ASAP. Thank you!

Refused to work on my car even though they said the warranty covered it and then they completely tell me that they won’t cover it

I don't care for the digital version of the vehicle inspection. The service advisor doesn't even go over it with you. If you've unsubscribed for any reason (e.g. too many unsolicited texts) you don't even get them? I'm sure this is a benefit to the dealership at the expense of the customer.

We were except, we asked to have the interior cab ? filter put in because Phil had a hard time trying to open that space. I think the message just didn’t relayed to the next person. Perhaps if he is up there sometime soon they could do that for us? Thanks. Otherwise we are happy with you and love our Toyotas. ????
