It was great service and quality work! The only thing I wished I had known, was that it would be a 3+ hour wait. Had I known it would take that long, I would have left my vehicle. I think a rough estimate of time expected for service would be good to know at check in. I didn't have any extra work done, than what I was scheduled for.

The Toyota RAV 4 that I brought to Kari Toyota on Tuesday., Aug 13, is not my car. It belongs to a friend who had loaned it to us. The price of service was higher than I had anticipated because the work took more time than expected.

I am happy with the wheel bearing,,couldn’t do it myself.. I worked for forty years as a mechanic/field mechanic, but have worked under a different philosophy where time is money and the job is done as quickly as possible with replacement components, not each individual piece. I would have been ‘facing the music’ ,even though I worked for state government. My training included welding/fabrication and machinist training, so if I seem to critical, it is because of my background. I want to mention that an obvious vehicle repair was overlooked. It was brought up my exhaust heat shield was loose, but nothing said or offered about an exhaust hanger that was broke off, welded to the frame by the factory, which is located near the heat shield. I guess I feel it should have been mentioned as other items were brought up for repair. As I stated earlier, I appreciate the work on the wheel bearing, but may appear critical because of my work experience. Thanks again.
