The only issue is that I had an appointment for 11:30. The check in person said there were two cars ahead of me and one was in progress . If I had known that I would have gotten a ride home instead of waiting. I was late for my next scheduled meeting.Next time, I will allow more time.

Had an appointment for purchase of four tires. Found out when checking in that an equipment failure had occurred and it would be a hour or hour and a half delay. Now I’m retired and realize that stuff happens and I just want the tires. The wait gave me a chance to converse with some lovely people and also read my book. The staff at Kari always seem to be pleasant and helpful. When my car was ready for me I was surprised that the paper mat on the floor and the plastic bag on the seat were still on.

Brett is awesome...! However, the morning I started the Avalon to bring it to Kari for this service, the 'BRAKE' 'ABS' & 'VSC' lights all came on. While I was only scheduled for an oil change, I found it odd that Kari wouldn't at least plug in the diagnostic and get a code for me, as to why my Braking System lights were on, before sending me off to drive at freeway speeds not knowing whether I had/have roadworthy safe, legal brakes...
