My service - new tires and alignment - was completed efficiently and at a good price. Staff was most helpful and friendly and the shuttle service (Joe was the driver) couldn’t have been more accommodating. Good job!!

No need to call, i had a walk in appt to replace a taillight assembly which parts had ordered. Dropped it around 11:15 and lunched with friends dealing with Sheri on a couple cars. I came back at 1:15 and they had not gotten to it and I had to leave for an appt in MSP. I will try again with a ‘real’ appt next trip. I live in Washburn, probably be a couple weeks.

The staff came through for me to fix my car so I could attend a funeral requiring lots of driving. I did not have an appt but was told to leave the car for the day and there might be time to fix it. They found the time.

Two main things made me dissatisfied: 1) the initial cost estimate was low by several hundred dollars because, as the customer service rep said: “we didn’t know how much fluids would be used so we couldn’t include that in the estimate.” This seems at best disingenuous and at worst outright deceitful. I know your shop has changed enough fluids on Toyota cars that you could give a very good up-front estimate for the amount of fluids that would be used. 2) every other shop I’ve ever been to, when a customer is spending a thousand or more dollars on repairs or maintenance, has had the good sense to say: “we found some mouse materials in one of the filter housings and we just took care of it for you.” This makes the customer feel like they’re getting something for nothing and like they are cared for by those behind the counter. In today’s case, I was charged for a couple very minor things and now feel like I was nickel-and-dimed. Kari lost my business today because of these things. The matter-of-fact way that I was treated did not give me confidence that your shop cares about me or my cars and made me feel like I was just a number to get in-and-out as fast as possible and a transaction to make as much money as possible from.
