I am so ecstatic that my car is fixed. I had taken it elsewhere two weeks ago, and they were unable to diagnose the problem. I also really like the online system with pictures and videos. Wonderful experience.

No was too harsh as Lindsey was incredibly helpful and amazing! The frustration was really around the online booking service.. I booked my final Toyota care/25,000 mile service online and the soonest I could schedule was about 2 weeks out. That ended up putting me past my expiration date by 4 days over a holiday weekend. The online service also led me through booking an oil change and tire rotation when only a tire rotation was needed. Lindsey got the bill taken care of which was SO appreciated! I don’t recall his name (he came out from sitting in the side office) was showing me around the portal and said he completely understood where the confusion was coming from and it was a service needing improvement. People wise, I was VERY satisfied. I just was not pleased with the online service. It also would have been really nice prior to the work getting done to get a call/warning that our coverage expired 4 days prior.. we still plan to bring our car to Kari, we will just be sure to call versus booking online.
