My Matrix is 21 years old and going strong! Kari Toyoyta is thee best! All employees are super knowledgeable and kind! I never have taken my Matrix anywhere else for service except for front-end alignment (purchased life-time alignment from Tires Plus many, many years ago).

I had a great overall experience with Kari Toyota! Brett was great with communication about what the recall was going to entail and keeping me updated on things. He also had no problem lining up a rental car for me since I lived so far out of town and start to finish that was a great experience too! My truck looks amazing and I’m just very pleased with my whole experience at Kari!

I came in with two problems with the used Prius I purchased on Sept 8. A sensor light repeatedly came on and there was an oil leak. After the service department replaced a sensor battery, the light came on again when I was 2/3rds of the way to my home in Bayfield county. It’s a 70 mile drive each way, and now I’ll have to return as the problem is not corrected.
