When I called to book the appointment , I was told by the service writer (Zeb, I believe) that the job would be about an hour of labor. I booked the appointment. My car was in for an hour. Great. But the bill charged me for approx. 2 hours of labor and the next service writer I talked to about this said it was between 1.5 and 2.5 hours of labor in the book. Had I know this increased amount of labor I would be charged for (above the quoted hour) would have likely gone to an independent auto repair shop., and will likely do so more in the future. Trust is everything. However, I will say that the staff was courteous during my visit.
