Good grief! That will be the THIRD survey. Don’t y’all think you’re overdoing the survey thing? You should probably be more concerned about why I bought it from Heritage after two attempts to deal with sales force.

Derek was exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first time receiving maintenance support and I felt my new car was well taken care of. Additionally, I was assisted by a young salesman who helped sync two new phones to the car system. His patience and permit resulted in successful connections between phones and car despite one phone being a bit challenging. I am very appreciative of everyone I met at Alderman Toyota. Thank you.
