I really appreciate his professional attitude. Honestly, I had pretty bad customer service from different Toyota so I started to take care of my car by myself. I have another car and it is more difficult to do maintenance by myself. I will bring the car to receive service next time. Thank you so much for all your help.

Zeb was absolutely amazing! I tried to leave a review, but wasn’t able to get it to go through. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patiently explained what needed to be done to my vehicle. He is an excellent Service Advisor, and he provided excellent customer service. Well done! Five stars for Zeb!! ??????????

Thank you. Two items for your consideration 1. I received my appointment reminder text 10 minutes after I checked in. Obviously I did not need to reschedule and any reminder would have been helpful in advance of the appointment. 2. On the mechanic inspection sheet the tire rotation was not checked. I inquired and was assured that the tires were rotated and the tech forgot to check that box. This is far more important than some of the other items and should be documented in the service sheet.
