State inspection was done in a timely manner The vehicle was on for a 24 month service on 7/23. The state inspection was due by 7/30. No one realized that they should have asked if I wanted to have it inspected. This required an additional appointment on 7/30 and resulted in an additional trip (44 miles round trip) and half a day wasted.

I purchased my Toyota here. First time it was serviced here. Drove a hour and 1/2 to get there. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was told I’d be there approximately a hour. During the service a wheel stud was broken .. it was fixed. It cost me another hour of time at the least. I missed an appointment due to this extended time I was there. I totally understand that accidents, errors happen. I was told that the stud was being replaced for free as it was service’s fault. I perceived that as being “thrown a bone” I don’t feel that my time was respected. There were no apologies, no complimentary oil change or deduction taken at checkout. I doubt I will ever return here for service.
