Derek working on resolving my issue with Andrew
Always a satisfying experience at ALDERSONS
I was happy that my car was fixed. I know that my I dissatisfaction was at no fault of Alderman’s as they were sent the wrong part that was needed to fix my car twice. My car was towed to them on a Monday. It took from Monday to Friday to get the part and repair my car. What I was not happy about was the fact that if I had brought my car to Coggins Toyota of Bennington (where I bought the car and take it to for service.), they would have issued me a rental or loaner until they could get my car fixed. When I asked about getting a car to get back and forth to work with, I was told I could rent one for $55.00 a day. Or, I could come get my car and drive it until the part came it. After consulting with a mechanic that I knew, I did not feel that driving a car with the potential to lose awd and abs control would be a wise choice in winter road conditions. I guess I should have paid the extra to have it towed to Coggins.
Sam did a thorough job. There are computer or electrical issues that I believe are unresolved as he could not find anything in the computer log. After yesterday's appointment my auto headlights no longer work. If it continues I will call.
My only concern is that today (same day as maintenance) I attempted to remotely lock the doors. The screen message (several times) said the “doors could not be locked while being serviced”. I’m hoping that will clear itself up in the morning. I am optimistic.
My car was dropped off Friday and not ready until Wednesday. I was told it would be ready Monday. I was also quoted almost $200 less than what I actually ended up paying. Will go elsewhere for repairs in the future.
Brought my car in multiple times for the past fees months. Same issue every time. My car gave me a malfunction code and instructed me to call my dealership. I did so, and got an appointment. They checked my sensors and told me nothing was wrong at this time. Did not plug in a computer to see what my malfunction code was. So I took my car to a different shop and had them plug it into a computer and now I have the malfunction code so I know what’s wrong with my car. When I asked why you guys couldn’t find the code. I was told it would require going through the computer. Something here doesn’t add up to me. I asked what the codes were, got told there wasn’t one. Went somewhere else and got told there are two malfunction codes… I’m confused on why plugging it into a computer was something yall weren’t willing to do.
Great service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and service was complete a little sooner than expected. Thank you!
Derek and Josh took care of the repair within a day so we could get back on the road home the next day. Thanks for your speedy service, really appreciate it!
I have been pleased with all the help and info related to my car! Thanks
I brought my car in for repair. They gave me a loaner. Then they said they needed more time, so I went back and got my car again. Then I dropped off mybcar again, and got another loaner. The whole time I was worried they would not fix the problem, but it seems they did...
So good job everyone!
Excellent and super speedy service!
Service department seems to love there jobs and customers.
Todd is very accommodating/welcoming. He was able to address our concerns and assured us a good service. Thank you!
everyone was very helpful and friendly. my car was done at a very reasonable time. i will be back with my nexted service.
I first dealt with Todd and now with Derek. They both have been excellent. I’ve spent more time speaking with Derek and he has been very helpful and responsive. I drove an hour away to have my vehicle serviced here after several bad experiences with my local dealership. Everyone I have encountered has been great. I will continue to make the drive to have my vehicle serviced at Alderman’s because of the excellent customer service.
