Lisa, has excellent spacial awareness when it comes to her customers. She seems to always have a good sense of when one of her customers is within her space. At one point she was participating in a meeting with about five other staff and, when done, immediately wheeled around to let me know that she would get me on my way ASAP. Good energy all around and I'm very pleased with her Customer Service. I also appreciate Zeb's assistance on Lisa's day off, as well as the opportunity to speak directly with the Service Technician (name?) who worked on my truck to gain first hand knowledge of the issue they dealt with.I appreciate you all for a job well done. Thanks.
