I brought my car so it could have diagnostics done on it. I was told I have to call The Toyota Brand Engagement Center at ****-****-xxxx. I was told I had to take It to a Toyota Dealership (which I thought was you) My car had an acceleration problem which resulted In front end damage They will be calling you on Monday.

The service dept at Alderman’s went way above and beyond.in helping me get my truck in for my oil change. This is why I will always do all of my service work there !!

I would like to Thank Alderman’s Toyota for scheduling me in on such short notice. Service advisor was great and fast service. The only thing is my maintenance soon light was never reset besides that minor thing it was all good.

We had an estimate done to fix something and when we showed up, you had ordered the wrong parts and could not do the repair and my wife drove an hour from Middlebury and had to turn around and drive an hour back after sitting there for 30 minutes for you to tell her You guys ordered the wrong part. Nobody’s apologized or has done anything to compensate us for our time wasted because of Alderman’s screw up. It incidents like this, make it easy for me to find reason not to return someplace and give them my business.
