I appreciated Zeb being able to service my vehicle, even though I showed up on the wrong day, I had my days mixed up. He was very accommodating and didn’t even need to service my vehicle since it was my mistake. But he was very helpful and polite and made it work. I appreciated that very much. We need more people like him in this world. Thank you

I am really frustrated with Alderman's. I came in for my 35K mile service which they said could not be done because they didn't have the correct tools to do a tire rotation. I don't understand how that's possible. I've only come to Alderman's for service since buying my Toyota in 2021 and don't understand how a tool for a basic service is not available. I live 35 minutes away and spent 70 minutes in the car for nothing. I'm also frustrated because I reached out to Alderman's several times after my last service visit in November 2023 and those were not responded to/unanswered, so I'm assuming this will be unanswered too.

I had to pull my RAV over on the road to completely close the front hood. I noticed the hood vibrating up/down while driving on the highway. I’m glad I noticed it before it opened completely.

wish i got a phone call instead of a text when vehicle was finished i don't always get my texts right off where a phone call i would other than that everything else was great very polite and very helpful
