The AC filter needed to be changed on a vehicle 9 months old - 5 or 6 of those months were not months the AC was used. Why did it need to be replaced and why did the extended service I purchased at the time of purchase not cover the cost? Was not given a reason why it needed to be replaced. Can I anticipate having to replace the filter every 9 months or 7000 miles going forward ? Also - received NO reminder email saying it was time for service. I received these MULTIPLE times when initially purchased … now nothing. The email reminders were helpful, except fir the one that told me the RAV. 4 needed service when I had only had it a month. What happened? I did not ask to be removed nor was I given notice that notification would cease!?!
