My car wasn't making any brake noise before I got new brakes and rotors on. Now they squeeze. I came in for an oil change and to get the brakes looked at again. Still squeezing. I thought if I drove it a bit... it would stop. Nope! Uuugh. It's almost an hour drive for me to get to rutland. I don't see where it's digging into the rotors, I'm so confused about why it's doing it. I Did wash the car, at the car wash up back of toyota. Maybe they didn't squeek for them. I don't know.

Thank you for replacing my breaks. Colby was very nice to deal with and Andrew is the reason I am still an Aldermen’s customer. Just one suggestion. I had to bring my car back 5 times in order for you to fix a problem that you caused, 5 times. It would have been nice to receive a free oil change, or some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience you created for me.

Colby was nice, had great customer service, I could tell he was new. My only suggestion is that he speeds up the check in process in the mornings, and learns how to tell which service plans people have, but I believe this will come in time. Thank you!

On our way home from service our ac shut down (after having a new air filter installed for $70+. Now I have to return for you folks to fix what you clearly damaged. This is hard for us as we live in Ticonderoga and are elderly. First time in all our years of owning a car from Alderman’s where we’re unhappy with the service provided. Usually you guys are top notch. Disappointed.
