I was waiting for my car to be done. The car was finished and sat because the tech went to lunch and did not realize that the paperwork was sitting on his desk. Brought it in at 10:45 for a 11:15 appointment and didn't leave until 12:50.

Scheduled 75K service in person and specifically requested an oil change and front brake service. Upon arrival I reiterated that I wanted my oil changed because I prefer 5K intervals, I understand conventional service is 10K miles. When told my vehicle was ready, service advisor noticed the oil change was not done due to some confusion. I informed him that I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer if they could change the oil, but was informed that the service department was behind schedule and they did not have time to change the oil, so I would have to schedule another day. Considering that I specified the oil change twice - during scheduling and again when arriving for a $500+ brake service, this is not the premium service I expect from my dealership.
