I brought my car in for repair. They gave me a loaner. Then they said they needed more time, so I went back and got my car again. Then I dropped off mybcar again, and got another loaner. The whole time I was worried they would not fix the problem, but it seems they did... So good job everyone!

I first dealt with Todd and now with Derek. They both have been excellent. I’ve spent more time speaking with Derek and he has been very helpful and responsive. I drove an hour away to have my vehicle serviced here after several bad experiences with my local dealership. Everyone I have encountered has been great. I will continue to make the drive to have my vehicle serviced at Alderman’s because of the excellent customer service.

Zeb, and his team were great, professional, and on time just as he said ,got there at ten ran some errands , got a text in 45 minutes and picked the truck up in less than an hour! up in less than 1 hour!

An oil change was specifically scheduled. Service agent changed it to 25,000 check. Unilaterally. Now we have to come back on Monday. NOT happy about this. Wastes our time. This is the SECOND time we have had a service issue ( this or not being aware of a process being available… specifically mouse proofing) with this service representative. We request that in the future that what we schedule is what occurs, better yet- we don’t work with Ms. Harrington.

I'm sure you already know Derek is great. This was a very difficult and super inconvenient, and even more annoying but luckily under warranty, fix for me. He kept at it to make sure everything was right, and kindly laughed at my jokes.
