I sent to our advisor: Thank you for taking good care of us! You were very nice in helping us. It’s never fun when your vehicle breaks down! We’re gone just over 60 miles with no issues!! Just 500 more to get home. Hopefully it was just a freak issue! Let your mechanics & all involved know how much we appreciate them!!

I appreciated Ceasars help, he was very friendly. However, I felt like every other tech and service consultant I interacted with lacked knowledge on these vehicles. And the attitude from Kay was not friendly. Being my very first service appointment at Lexus with my new vehicle was not a positive experience. Not looking forward to future visits.
