Hi! Yes the service was very nice, they keep me on the loop of the job was done on my vehicle. Kay who called me was very friendly and communicative, she emailed me what I needed to sign. Way better costumer care and service than Mini of Las Vegas where I purchase the Lexus. Thank you!

The maintenance light was still on after the service. The invoice specifically lists resetting the light as part of the service. Yes, a small issue, but I'm now left questioning if there were other things forgotten during the service.

Every single person I encountered was absolutely wonderful especially the gentleman at the entrance of the service department. I didn't get his name but he was so happy, positive, upbeat and has exceptional customer service skills. I loved him! And Kristina was exceptional, very friendly and funny. Best experience yet!

My service agent Javier is great. Well organized, knowledgable and prompt. But your system checking in cars for service, then delivery of car after service at pick up needs improvement. Sloppy, unorganized and slow. Perhaps you need better staff, better organized staff or more staff.
