Outstanding service as usual. One issue though that was mentioned by many guests waiting in the lounge. Your AC and humidity control is terrible. It was very uncomfortable inside the building and actually more pleasant in the garage area with a breeze.
I wish that the steering wheel and seat was not moved. I have to readjust every time I go to have the car serviced.
Javier is the reason that I continue to purchase Lexus vehicles.

Sadly, I was very disappointed in my scheduled service appointment today (complementary oil change for 4896k approximate). Drop off was 9:30am. I received a text message around 12 noon with a detail report of my car’s full point inspection. I didn’t receive any calls about my car ready for pick up. I called at 2:30pm to check on my car’s status, and a service tech informed my today (4896k approximate). Drop off was 9:30am. I called at 2:30pm to check on my car’s status, and a service tech informed my car was ready for pick up. I arrived to Lexus around 4:30-5pm, signed my paperwork and notice “no oil change was completed”. When I asked my service tech Kay, she explained that newer Lexus’ do not require oil changes until almost 10k miles. I informed her I drive quite frequent for work and I was expecting to get an oil change today. Today, I was highly disappointed that I didn’t receive the service I was expecting, especially as a first time Lexus owner. I will not be returning to this location for future service, instead will go to Henderson Lexus.

Damages to my door and console not caused by me were not taken care of by my warranty because your service team deemed them to be outside incidents which is an impossibility! I'm very disappointed in Lexus and will not be buying another.
I purchased the vehicle a year ago when it was already a year old. It came with a warranty and I was convinced to purchase an extended warranty. 2 service appointments ago I pointed out that the passenger side windshield moulding was coming loose at highway speeds. I was told it’s not under warranty since it’s not the original windshield (it’s as I purchased it). I was quoted $330 for a replacement yet they never called me to replace the 3 plastic clips. My recent appointment required tire balancing since a wobble developed after the last tire rotation. I was charged $235 and told it was like that before when those tires were on the back. Last thing the service advisor said is that all tire pressures were checked and adjusted. When entering the vehicle, I found the tire pressures to be from 35 to 40 psi, leading me to believe there’s a quality issue and the items claimed to be completed on the work order were not actually addressed. Makes one wonder what else was missed. The extra charges make me wonder whether purchasing an extended warranty was of any use. Thank you.
