All Staff right from getting out of vehicle were very welcoming. I didn't have appointment they got me right in and took care of all my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you Javier for making all for understanding exactly what I needed to get taken care of team work shows thanks again to whole team at Lexus

Vahagn is very attentive and makes me feel like a most valued customer. The dealership is great- being able to get a loaner car de we can run errands is especially helpful ( this was my 2nd time I opted for it) the waiting room is always clean and well stocked. I also appreciate the video to show all things they are checking. Lastly the gentlemen that do the initial check in are always very professional and helpful.
