Outrageous labor costs with no explanation. Too many complications with digital service schedule/payment systems. No clear answers or confidence throughout information given. Informally speaking, it’s obvious that everyone doesn’t get along in the work environment. As a customer, the problem is, my service advisor couldn’t prove she was competent on multiple matters, yet couldn’t get the support of another team member on 1-22-24. On 1-23-24, I saw another team member positively assist but still showing a lack of confidence and competency about things (specifically, the payment system). Overall, I’m not dissatisfied with the customer service. It’s just that it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I left losing a ton of money for something so minor. I asked for my car to be washed and noticed it wasn’t done well. I spoke to a staff member who admitted to washing my car and pointed out several areas that weren’t cleaned. He mentioned it had to do with the machine used. Spending over 1,000 today for the services provided was just not worth it. However, I did enjoy catching up with Amanda on the sales side the day before. It made my day!

Every time I come down there it’s a great experience. Joel is a great service provider he always makes sure that I’m taking care of and I appreciate it. I don’t take my car anywhere else. The service there is fantastic always.
