Wife and I arrived at your dealership around noon. We were in and out of there in record time. Mr Mason stuck by his word he gave me yesterday. He had Rachel standing by when we arrived. My wife left the dealership with her 3rd ES350 model in 6 years. The wife is totally satisfied. I am satisfied because the wife is satisfied.
