Javier was great! Though the part I needed was out of stock, when it came in he notified me, got my vehicle in promptly and completed my needed service! Even got me a loaner car which was needed and appreciated! Totally satisfied
Scott was awesome. I am completely satisfied with my experience.
There were a variety of issues, including but not limited to an extremely excessive quote for unnecessary work, an absurd price tag for the minimal service preformed, and the fact that my vehicle was returned to me when it was not ready. I am very disappointed and see no reason why I should not take the vehicle to an independent import shop moving forward.

Previous service of my Lexus vehicle always seemed to run smoothly. This time it seemed awkward.
1. The service agent I requested was changed to someone else
2. Upon bringing my RX in for service I was told that new agent would be with me shortly.
3. I waited a little longer than usual when Kristina introduce herself. She informed me the agent assigned for my service was not in and she would help me.
4. Usually I receive a call around noon to say my car is ready. This time it was approaching 3:00PM, so I called.
5. Twice my call went unanswered and rolled over to the operator. The operator stated it was their lunch hour. 3:00PM? I responded since no one in service was answering calls I would get a ride to your dealership and wait if need be.
6. While on my way Kristina sent a text stating the car was ready. When I arrived Kristina said she had received an email. I can only presume it came from the operator.
7. Upon paying for my service Kristina said my car would be out shortly.
8. I sat outside and read my book while waiting. In the meantime a lady customer came out and her service agent said her car would be out shortly.
9. The lady’s car was brought out while continued to read, and read, and read. I stood up prepared to find out what was going on. I waited a little longer however, and soon my vehicle arrived, long after the other customer had departed
Despite my being clearly unhappy, Kristina maintained her professionalism. So, this critique is in no way disparaging Kristina. It is my attempt to communicate how my experience differed dramatically from prior servicing experiences. I don’t know if it was a staffing or management disconnect. Hopefully my feedback will provide sufficient information to improve the experience others receive.
