I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lexus of Las Vegas for scheduled maintenance on my Lexus NX 450h+. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with utmost professionalism and care, but it was my service advisor, Javier, who truly made my experience outstanding.
Javier went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle received the attention it needed, displaying a high level of expertise and dedication. He meticulously coordinated every aspect of the service, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed efficiently. What stood out most, however, was his effort to provide a seamless experience. Understanding the inconvenience of being without my vehicle, Javier arranged a loaner vehicle for me, which greatly minimized any disruption to my daily routine.

The service was not too bad but the quality was not close to Lexu's standards.
There was little to no attention given to me while I was standing by the service area. I was expecting someone to at least ask "what can I help you with" but those sitting there in their cubicles just glance at me and ignore me while I was looking around to talk to someone. Confusing for a new clients visiting.
The tech guys have no clue on getting the tech setting changed especially those areas mentioned in the user manual.
Car was not washed when it was brought back to me and that was intentionally left out.
I may try the henderson service area for comparison for the next service.

Following up on my previous comment about Scott I just wanted to let you know that I have been an Lexus owner for more than 20 years. Mostly in southern California with four cars. I have had the best treatment at Lexus Of Las Vegas and that’s really saying something because Lexus does such a good job. So my praise for Scott means he did a superior job and you should be glad he’s a Lexus representative.
